Cristina Rebollo
More than a decade advising on Spanish corporate taxation, wealth and international taxation. The technical rigour of the large firms, with the closeness and discretion of a boutique.
A career built in leading firms
A tax lawyer trained at the Complutense University of Madrid, she has built her career in top-tier firms: Cuatrecasas, RSM and Selier Abogados, the latter recognised by Iberian Lawyer 2025 as Tax and Restructuring Team of the Year.
Her technical background covers Spanish corporate taxation, corporate transactions and restructurings, transfer pricing and data protection, together with a particular specialisation in taxation between Spain and the United Arab Emirates through her own firm in Abu Dhabi. That combination allows her to handle both the routine tax affairs of companies and individuals and the most complex transactions with an international dimension.

Technical rigour and a close working relationship
Every matter, whether a corporate transaction, an inheritance, a procedure before the Spanish tax authorities or a change of residence, is analysed with the same level of detail before any solution is proposed. The advice always starts from a rigorous technical assessment, never from off-the-shelf solutions.
The relationship is direct and fully personalised, turning complex legislation into clear criteria so that you can decide knowing the consequences of each option.

Why choose a boutique tax advisory firm?
A tax boutique is not a larger filing and bookkeeping service: it is a different model. Every matter receives direct attention, specialist judgement and continuity, including in proceedings before the tax authorities.
The aim is not to process paperwork, but to accompany wealth and business decisions with the composure and discretion of someone who understands what is at stake.
